Tools like TeamViewer and Quick Assist are commonly misused by scammers. Our own software uses a two-step PIN system authenticated through our internal staff portal.
How can I verify your remote support software?
Check the verified publisher is EB IT Support LTD and the certificate authority is Certum. If it shows anything else, close it and contact us.
What is EBMA?
EBMA is our remote monitoring and management tool installed only on devices belonging to managed IT contract customers.
